Welcome to Painter Hill Farm. We produce lovely, custom-woven blankets and throws from our natural, undyed wool, as well as fine fleeces for handspinners, and breeding stock for others interested in raising sheep. Our flock are mostly purebred Shetland, known for their soft, long-staple fleece. We use no chemicals; wool is inherently warm and durable - ask any sheep. We are happy to talk about sheep, wool, spinning and weaving, and welcome inquiries. We send fleece samples or sheep photos without cost.
